Update your card account information seamlessly…

Effective March 27, 2018, all Afena Visa debit and credit cards will be automatically enrolled in the Visa Account Updater (VAU) service.  

 

What is VAU?

 

With VAU, your account files will be updated when information changes because of a card expiration, lost or stolen, account closure or other card changes.  A VAU participating merchant can access that updated card information before requesting a payment.  Since not all merchants participate, you should also contact the merchants directly if your card information changes.  You are entitled to opt-out of this service and may do so at any time.  No action is required if you wish to participate in the VAU service.

If you want to opt-out, phone us at 765-664-8089, email us at memberservice@afenafcu.org, or mail us notice of your intention using the form below.  Please mail opt-out forms to Afena FCU, 424 North Bradner Ave., Marion, IN 46952.  If you opt-out and later decide you would like to use the Visa Account Updater service, you may opt-in using any of the same methods mentioned above for opting out.
